zuzusconsign Hello, I am wondering if you are getting my messages under the items you purchased from me. There is something wrong with the address you provided posh. Your local post office is indicating that the “addressee is unknown” and that the items are available for pick up at the local post office.

zuzusconsign They have been there since Jan 4. If you don’t pick them up or request a redelivery they will be sent back to me. My products are held up and so is your money. Not good for either one of us. Anyway, the ball is in your court. Just wanted to make sure you get the information I am getting on my end.

sallenger @elguad hi I don’t know why it would be held up as my address has not changed. I am traveling at the moment so will have to check when I get back. I have already approved the purchase so the funds should have been released to you. Please let me know if it hasn’t we will have to reach out to Posh to see what the hold up is. zuzusconsign Hello, this is elguad. I changed my closet name. I just wanted you to know that all 3 items you purchased from me came back to me. The postal service indicated that there was a problem with your address and they were undeliverable. I already contacted Posh Support so that they can refund your money.

anamarisav14 @sallenger Hi Shiona! I’m wondering if you received my other message last night about the Mach & Mach bag you made an offer on. I accepted your offer and can send it out today, but there was an issue with the payment it said. This happens quite often on Poshmark and has happened to me, personally many times. It’s usually b/c my credit card company thinks it’s a fraudulent purchase, until I call them up and verify that I’m the one trying to make the purchase and then it works again 🤗

I haven’t heard back from you so I hope everything is okay…I wanted to follow-up with you again about the white Mach & Mach bag you bought from me, but the transaction didn’t go thru successfully. Believe me, it’s happened to me several times too while I tried to purchase items on Poshmark myself and it’s just b/c my Credit Card company is super careful and they thought it was a fraudulent charge.
