styledbuyv I'm so sorry but I cannot refund as that is only something poshmark can do if the item is damaged in transit and before you accept your order. I don't have access to your payment information to do so. I can however offer give you a "store credit" to pick out something else in my closet.

styledbuyv You would have to send back to me at your own cost, whichever method and delivery service is cheapest for you. but I can cover your shipping cost on your new item you pick out. Once I receive your top, I can send you your new item.

styledbuyv Poshmark doesn't even allow returns for something like this but I want you to be happy. So I am making a huge exception for you out of my pocket to ship you a new item with a 2 day priority label once I get your item back. I understand I will be losing money from this but I want you happy and confident in your purchase from me. That 1 star killed me because I have a 5.0 rating and it made me so sad that you were so disappointed.
