fancyfinder Hello, I am so sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. There were no chips, crazing. or worn spots on the image. could you please let me know what you found to be the issue? katiemtuller @wongying0616 thank you for the feedback. I did, however, ship the mug within the time frame given. Additionally, I clicked the boxes showing that your item was shipping. I apologize that you feel there was no customer service when you were trying to barter but these mugs were from far away destinations and I do not feel I should accept less than I purchased them for. I’m sure you’ll understand since you have mugs listed for more than I do even.

fancyfinder @wongying0616 I recieved NO comment of any kind from you, I too have another that is the same coloration. So from my prospective it was in EUC. Possibly yours has the discoloration issue. You have been blocked.

wongying0616 @fancyfinder all the buyer have right to elect how to feel about you items, how many star will give it to the seller, if you really mind the buyer that how many stars to give it to you, just keep you items at home, don't sell it. it's over a week already , you still keep it in mind. let it pass !!
