@sdpoupard the seller may have it listed on another platform and is awaiting payment. There are a lot of people who sell on multiple platforms do they will use the reserved or not for sale until the sale clears. Then they either keep or delete the listing.

@lovedejanew hey girl, I need some Posh advice. I shipped a purse to a customer. tracking shows it was received. buyer posted a problem, saying I shipped her the wrong bag, perhaps mixed it up with one of my other shipments. she posted a picture of a bag that I have never seen before. (part 1)

@lovedejanew (part 2) all my other customers marked their items as accepted. don't you think if I had mixed up the shipments, I would hear from the other customer as well? so, as of right now, she says she didn't get what she ordered and I have very little recourse. any advice on how to handle this? thanks!

@sdpoupard hi! If all of your other orders were accepted, and no other orders are outstanding than my thought is if she opened a case she is wanting the purse without having g to pay. Sadly, this happens. If you had shopped to the wrong person they would have contacted you and pm support, they would issue new shipping labels and instruct to reship.

I video all my large orders that go out, from packaging to boxing to applying the shipping label. This way if anyone claims I’ve shipped the wrong item I have video reference. This is a safeguard for myself and my clients. You may need to do this on your large orders. I’m sorry this happened to you!!!!!!

@sdpoupard also, if she opened a case against you I would counter and explain that you shipped the purse and that all other orders shipped were accepted. That had you mixed the shipment you would have been notified and that you exercise great care when preparing orders for shipment.
