afashionation Hi there-I’m the seller of the coach bag you purchased. I noticed you mentioned you wished it had a strap-but it does have a shoulder strap which I may have placed inside the bag itself for shipping. Also it has an attached hand held strap on top so I’m confused. What strap are you saying you wished it came with? Thanks

afashionation I know you probably checked already, but could you check again inside the interior zipper pocket and also check inside the two padded priority mail bags I used as stuffing. - I believe I recall putting the strap inside a padded envelope and placing it inside the bag. The strap has to be somewhere - I am determined to find it because it belongs with the bag and with you and I want you to be happy with your purchase.
