natalie_jiong Hi shiyuan, thanks so much for purchasing the Lululemon jacket. I was packing it this morning for shipping and I noticed a couple of stains on sleeves. So I put it in wash carefully according to its material care tag. When I took it out from the dryer, all the feather inside is messed up, the front part is pretty much empty.
