bush721 @theshoe_rack all you had to do was respond to the many messages I sent. You chose to ignore it and I had to wait well over a week for my refund with no word from you. It was a simple response to my messages that you didn’t have the shoes and you could have canceled the order at the very beginning. Instead my money was held from me while I had no clue what was going on!
