@dogslovecheese thank you so much! i have a question, Im new to Poshmark and ordered a jacket from someone and today is day 10 no shipping yet. I know I can cancel the order but I really want the item. She was active online 13 hrs ago. How can I get a status without canceling?

@sdc73 ugh, that’s frustrating! So you can submit and inquiry to PM directly under the order and they can ping the seller. Another thing that’s possible is the seller didn’t have the item scanned when they dropped it off at the PO. I did that with a pair of $150 boots and they went MIA 😢 I was so sad for the buyer but PM sorted it out quickly, and now I know to have my items scanned every time.
