michelefrerichs hi I'm the one that got wrong package. I was supposed to get the wreath. I've been sick with severe sinus infection. I ended up dehydrated and went to ER for fluids. so I wasn't able to respond to any inquiries. I wasn't able to take pictures until today. it's showing my order as complete. can you talk to Poshmark or am I screwed. again I'm really sorry.

I had set it up for you to receive a new receipt to send it back but you had to let them know as well there was a error. I can try but you’ll have to contact them to let them know why you didn’t respond. They do the complete manually if you don’t respond. I am sorry send them a request again to see if can send it back. Let’s see what we can do together

But they gave you both money back since they expected the person to send back. I would love to get it to you however I have to wait for it to come back. Hopefully She’ll do the same as you did.
