I am very sorry you were not happy with your purchase, However I do not agree with giving someone a low rating based on an item not fitting being that I listed them exactly as they are labeled - size 31 as tagged. I cannot control how a manufacturer sizes their items. In the future I would suggest asking a seller to measure the item prior to purchase to avoid this issue. Best of luck.
