@shocan - Hi! I just woke up and checked my email. I saw that you gave me a 2-Star rating for the two pairs of pants that you purchased at the beginning of this month, stating that “one pant leg is looser than the other.” I’m not sure which pants you’re referring to, as you purchased two. I have looked back at the many, many photos, and everything looks very symmetrical to me. Both of these items were NWOT - they literally sat in a drawer forever because I have too many clothes!

@shocan - My big question is: these were delivered to you on May 8, yet you didn’t leave me a bad rating until May 30. That is a little over three weeks after receiving them! I would have been happy to resolve any issues if brought to my attention in the designated amount of time. This really isn’t ok to do 3 weeks after receiving them, especially when you can see in photos that both items were perfect condition. I just want to give you the opportunity to fix this before I reach out to Poshmark.

I was getting ready to ship off your Northface Jacket and noticed the greater front zipper won't zip. (It's the zipper by the Northface emblem) I never noticed it because I never used that pocket.
