@evylondon Hi! can I ask- what did the buyer claim was wrong with your jacket? (I saw it was the brand new Piazza Sempione one, with tags?) She put one in for my NWT Armani one, and appears to have pulled the thread loose on the tag, and accused me of replacing it, or having damage because it's loose. SMH. After seeing all these comments, figured I'd ask!
