I️m not sure if you realize how Poshmark works since you’re new, but one star reviews literally get people thrown off. The fourth picture shows the exact status of the heel scuff. The condition was reflected in the price which is why they were $10. In the future, if you have an issue with a purchase you can just not accept it instead of just blatantly trying to ruin people’s ratings. Have a nice day.
