ems_place Hi. I'm sorry you're not 100% happy with your purchase. Color can be difficult on the internet as monitors and screens all show color a little differently. The description of the bag clearly says the color is "cream"... not white. If you feel it was describe inaccurately, you can request a return/refund. I see you are a new Posher and I hope further purchases are more satisfying. Again, I'm sorry you are disappointed.

shylererin @ems_place I’m not mad at this purchase. I see that it says cream but the pictures show a very white and vibrant color so that was what I was expecting. I do not want to come off as rude. Thank you for your time and sending it to me so quickly. I really do appreciate it.
