tsavage1972 In the photo in the listing it shows a grey insert in the shoe. It’s the orthotic insert that comes with the shoe . Maybe you misplaced it and forgot to send it. Just let me know if you can ship that to me please.

renfam5 @tsavage1972 Oh no, I'm so confused... I have pictures of the shoes I shipped, including the gray 'Vionic' insert (I take pictures prior to shipment). I would never remove the inserts for any reason -- these shoes are not my size, so I would not have any purpose for the inserts to be used separately. Doesn't the sole of the shoe say "Vionic" on the inside heel area? That is the only insert that came with those shoes.
