ktothec Hi!!! I shipped your bra on 11/19/19 but my apartment complex has an issue with the outgoing mail box being broken and people stealing mail, so I left it with the front office 11/19/19 in their outgoing mail bin. Hopefully the tracking updates today since that was two days ago. Sorry for the delay!

ktothec @tyralover89 thank you so much for understanding, I always try to ship out same day. So, this has been a learning lesson to take it directly to the post office in the future since I can’t rely on them not to be closed for lunch during mail pick up.

ktothec @tyralover89 hi again! Just checking to see if you’ve received the package? I opened up a case with USPS and Poshmark since the tracking hasn’t updated since 11/22. My apologies on behalf of them dropping the ball on it tracking or moving since they received it.

ktothec @tyralover89 if you go to your purchases the tracking number is on there. I put a claim in with USPS and let Poshmark know as well.

tyralover89 @ktothec it says its available for pick up in ur state though and last it was updated was like you said on the 22,so I dont even know which usps it is at right now,I haven’t gotten a notice on my door or anything.

ktothec @tyralover89 That’s why I put a claim in with USPS and Poshmark since the package is supposed to be two day priority, regardless you don’t have it at your house, so who knows where it is a week later after they received it. I’m so sorry for the delay! Hopefully it makes it way to you but Poshmark will refund you if the post office lost it.
