Hi Sierra. I was packaging your skirt you purchased and noticed the waist size. It seems a little smaller than a size 4. If I remember correctly I think I had the skirt taken in. The waist measurement is approximately 26" around. I'm so sorry I didn't notice/remember this when I posted. Are you still interested? You can cancel your order if you'd like. So sorry. Let me know.
