@keniaposhmark I am sorry. I didn't mean to imply it was your fault. I understand that the fit is not your problem. I thought that the rating was about overall satisfaction. I am still trying to figure out how this app works, so I didn't see the rating option until now.

@shw2446 I mean I can take any low ratings I don't mind it if I know it was fault, but fitting issues is out my hands all we can do as a sellers is provide measurements, you will understand how it works when you get a lot of sales. wish you many sales, take care.
