cc_jade hey there! I unsuccessfully attempted to get on the phone with the post office, but then Poshmark sent me another label so I labeled it and scheduled to pick up again. But they still didn't come and pick it up. I'm going to schedule a pick-up for tomorrow again. Maybe I scheduled it wrong somehow. I haven't given up! you got stuck with the new girl LOL!

cc_jade @riverahyle I DID IT. The usps website where I scheduled the pickup was having issues and I thought the request went through. It did not. I have been on and off the phone all day trying to find a person to ask about it and finally just called my small town post office. If you ever need real help with something like this, ALWAYS call the small town office. I learn something new every day!

I don't want to get my hopes up that it will stay in transit but I followed the directions very closely so I can't think of anything that would keep it from going through. If it doesn't, you're more than welcome to cancel the order.

cc_jade @riverahyle Well... turns out they didn't pick it up. I looked out my back door and it was just out of sight. I found it last night. My roommate must have moved it. I'm going to call them again today and ask again what's up. I'm also going to see if I can waive the shipping fee for you. If not, I will send it to you directly.

riverahyle Hello.. Apparently USPS attempted to deliver the package but I wasn’t home to receive it so they left a notice on my door for me to pick up the package at my nearest post office, which is fine.. Problem I have is that, the USPS notice says it requires a payment of $18.40 for postage due and I shouldn’t have to pay anything. I’ve already paid you for this item so not sure what is going on please help!

cc_jade @riverahyle My goodness! I don't think I've ever known anyone have to work as hard for a pair of shorts as you, poor dear! You most certainly should not have to pay for the shipping, and certainly not that much. I checked on the delivery status earlier today and could see that something might go wrong, so I've already been in contact with Poshmark support today and I will let you know AS SOON as I know what to do.
