flamom3 Hello seller, I am new to Poshmark (1st transaction) but everywhere I have read says that payment is not processed until at least an order has shipped, however, I am just seeing on my cc statement that my cc has already been charged. I am also confused as to why you are a seller located in Florida but state that my item will be shipped from Colorado. Looking at the comments left from previous buyers from your, I have to ask, is my item really going to be shipped?

sigiscloset @flamom3 our staff in Colorado have all been sick. one finally went in and tried to catch up, but was still not feeling great. he messed up and swapped all the orders. someone else got your boots and you got 2 other people's orders. that employee is in the hospital now. some kindness on your end would be highly appreciated.
