redneckchick1 Are you kidding me?? 1 star?? A stone missing and the clasp is loose?? Why would you not return the bracelet??!! It was BRAND NEW!! I see you do not swll on Poshmark, but I do amd this is a business for me. If you were not happy I would have happily returned the bracelet rather then you degrading it and giving me 1 star!!

valkyriefinds Ok, first of all, no need to get mad or rude. I didn't want to leave a review, but the site didn't let me to the next page without it, I tried several times. It also wouldn’t let me contact seller, I also tried. I did e-mail them with a picture attached and asked them to return but they (site) said the sale is final.... continued, since they won't let me leave more than 500 characters.

valkyriefinds This is my first purchase here and I don't know how or if they will make any effort to resolve or how they operate in that regard. Maybe you know more and can help resolve this ... any ideas? As for the bracelet, it did arrive with a fallen out stone and a loose (figure 8) clasp, there is nothing I can do to change that fact. I attached a picture to my mail to them.
