whitneyfed221 Hi, where are the blue stains??? Feel free to reject the item and have it sent back if you are not happy with it. It absolutely is NWOT. It has never been used. I bought it for my mom a few months ago and she ended up finding something else.

callingpink @whitneyfed221 They were along the sides of the bag. not hugely noticeable, but they reminded me of when you wear a new pair jeans and the blue gets on your purse. I guess you didn't notice them but that's okay I still really like the bag it's just felt like perhaps it wasn't new like I said it's an otherwise great condition that's why I've accepted it and I am not deciding to send it back. do you want me to change the rating and take off the comment that I don't think it's a new without tags?

mskerby3788 Can you please explain how the black Michelle watch band is defective? I had it removed from my brand new watch at Nordstrom and switched with a metal band. It was the one that came with my watch and never worn so I’m very concerned you are saying it is defective. I’ve never had anything besides 5 stars reviews and want to make this right.

em178 @callingpink hi! Did you receive your package? It said it was out for delivery today but now your tracking info says “no access.” I haven’t seen that before, so I am not sure what that means. I did contact poshmark to be safe, let me know if you see the package. I just want to make sure you can get your sweater!

em178 @callingpink hi, so the tracking updated to saying “delivery attempted-no access to delivery location.” Is your address a non residential address by any chance? I already contacted posh, but I think you should contact them as well so we can figure it out. Maybe also call your local post office and see if they sent it back there? Let me know any updates thank you!
