I just recieved your rating on your Talbots necklace. I did not send a damaged necklace. It was in perfect condition when I packaged your item. Please correct your rating. I don't know how it was handled in the mailing process. I wrapped the necklace in tissue paper and sent it off in non damaged condition. Hardly worth the effort to receive a bad rating.

Hi - just wanted to give you an update on your order. I scheduled your package twice for delivery and it never got picked up. So I ended up having to drop off at Post Office last Thursday. I called yesterday as it still hadn’t started tracking, was told they didn’t scan there (though they always have in the past?) but that it should start tracking when it hits the next location. I contacted PM, they directed me to wait till Friday then contact them again if nothing shows up. Very sorry!!!

Oh my word, would you believe I literally just got a tracking notice saying package will be out for delivery today?!? I’m not sure how PM handles this. As far as I’m concerned I am completely fine with you keeping the shirt and have told PM as much. I’m not worried about payment at this point. Though you apparently have very good instincts thinking you should wait until Monday!! Haha!
