@silviabarron yes and you’ll see scammers with fake bags pricing them at $490 to avoid the authentication process. I’m a retired NYPD detective so not much get buys me. I actually have saved dozens of people from getting scammed with those belts sometimes before buying and sometimes after. I even have these scammers addresses if I ever want to pursue mail fraud.

@silviabarron I want to have a conversation with you that’s not publicized to everyone. I was going to ask you for some clarifications and agreements. I wasn’t going around Poshmark. I haven’t agreed to anything. In situations where things don’t fit, you don’t get a refund or exchange. I was just attempting to be nice and possibly figure out something that we are both happy with.

@silviabarron Please go ahead and contact Posh. I already know that they won’t get involved, and they will not authorize a refund or exchange when things don’t fit. When something like this happens, most people just resell it, since they don’t have another option.

So if I were to do this exchange, I want you to return the shoes to me first. I want to look at them to make sure they come back in the same condition. I’ll accept your offer but one of the shoulder pads came loose on one end. I will need to have a seamstress sew it back in place with a couple of stitches. It’s still brand new! So for $60 you can have the dress without me having the minor stitching done. I’ll accept your offer under these conditions. If you’re not in agreement then I will cancel your order no problem. Just let me know. It’s a beautiful dress!!!

If it was my dress, I’d attach it with a small safety pin. Lol but just to be clear… both shoulder pads are attached by two stitches each. One of the two stitches on ONE of the shoulder pads came undone. Let me know if you still want the dress. Thanks!
