rainbowmagic4 Hi, I just bought a bag from you, just wondering if it will be going to the authentication service first? I didn't see the icon for the Posh Concierge Service but it does say that on orders of $500 it will be done. I really need that service done, please! Was I suppose to request it and/where or how? Also, why are lv upside down on one side? Thanks, hope to hear from you soon

silvereye @rainbowmagic4 yes it will send to authentication first before u get it. Upside down because thats what they made for LV speedy. Dont worry everythings will be good. I will send it this monday coz usps is closed till sunday. I got receipt already.

thevintagedotak @silvereye just to let you know, most people don't like to do trades and I think Poshmark itself doesn't really advise it. I don't know much about trades since I don't do them. And yes, anyone that offers a check or asks you to email them to purchase is likely to be scamming you. Hope this helps! Feel free to let me know if you I can be any more help to you!

thevintagedotak @silvereye unfortunately they only have email support right now. You can message them directly from the app. Just go to your profile and scroll to the bottom of the page. It should say Poshmark Support Center. They typically respond between 1-2 days. Hope this helps!

silvereye @phungc no you sent the whole amount and shipping fee. After i receive the money then i will ship it. The only thing you have to check the authenticity yourself. On poshmark they can check the authenticity for you and you have free shipping too.
