simeonmina Hello the. I need to refund the cap that I bought coz its not authentic. He just put the tag on the hat and I ask him if the tag is stitched to the hat but he said he has no idea about and he's willing for the refund. That's the blue giant hat. Thanks

mtaylor58 Hello, if you make an order with someone, you have seven days to cancel it. If someone is selling something non authentic you can report them to Poshmark. Use the Poshmark support option to do so. I hope this helps

mtaylor58 That's ok. You have to go into "my purchases" then click on your order, then near the bottom of your order it reads "problems/inquiry", click on that and you can select "accidentally ordered" that you let you cancel

mtaylor58 Poshmark doesn't take out your money until you get your items and claim all ok they want people to be happy so you need to wait to have the items delivered and file a return in the app: Go to My Purchases Select your order Select Problems/Order Inquiry Select Order Not as Described and follow the prompt which will ask you to explain the issue and take a couple of pics for them. At that point they will open a case, see your point of view and not take out the money

simeonmina @mtaylor58 Hello Ambassador. I hope you are doing great. Is there a possible that I can franchise the App in my origin country? A lot of people doing buy & sell out there but they using FB or IG. If there's an app that they can browse easily and faster transaction, people will satisfied and they will avoid the scammers.

mtaylor58 Right now it is North American wide. As for other countries, I think that is a good idea. You would need to talk to head office. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't already have plans to expand.
