simon_butala @vibinmarks the last update it says that usps is expecting an item but they have not received it yet. That was on January 3rd and no update since so that’s why I’m confused because they don’t even have them.

vibinmarks @simon_butala I’m so humbled… I really try my best on here… ok well I contacted USPS and I forgot they are closed on Sundays. So I will reach out back to them again tomorrow Monday.. But no worries because If anything you will get your money back. It’s really strange but I want you to know this same situation happened to me in the ending of November last year. And the customer got his money back and I got back the value of the product.

vibinmarks Hello Simon I’m letting you know that I went ahead and opened an investigation on the shoes with USPS. I really feel bad about this because they can be lost in mail or USPS has people taking stuff. This is not the first time this happened. But I think it’s best that I stay away from that USPS location. No worries you will get your money back if anything. Please can you let me know what can be done to make this Situation better for you.

vibinmarks Hello again Simon the case has been resolved but unfortunately the shoes has been lost in the mail. But the good news is that Poshmark reimbursed you your money back and also gave me the moneys worth of the actual shoes shipped to you. So again I’m really sorry about this I don’t control what USPS does behind closed doors or on the trucks and so forth but at least you have you money back.
