Hi! I’m sorry to see you decided to rate me poorly for what you believed to be a used and faded sweater. It was a fuzzy sweater, brand new with the tags still attached. The appearance is normal for the acrylic fabric. The ratings don’t actually affect sellers, but I did want to let you know that the item is indeed new, as described. If you have any reservations about the appearance of items, next time please feel free to open a case and send the item back instead.
