@sue4918 hi there! Yes thank you for checking. The post office has the “convenient” opening hours of 10am-5pm, so impossible for anyone working to go there. I have to wait for Saturday to go and pick it up....

@kslider59 hi, so they offered me $5 credit which I took. The other option was that I return everything. Apparently there is no partial refund on this app. Don’t worry about it, it’s ok.

@sina240 Hi, My apologies for the delay on this dress. I mixed up the labels but I do have a tracking number from the address sent in error and it should be on its way back to me. I and can have it sent directly to you when I receive it. Again, apologies for this delay.

@ja1828 while I understand that mistakes happen, there was no communication and it was actually an inconvenience for me having to ship back the item sent to me by mistake. At this point I would like to cancel the whole transaction but Poshmark is not responsive.

@sina240 Hi, I am so sorry for this delay.
I am happy to refund you-it appears Poshmark has not yet released the funds and has sent me a label to send the dress to you, however, I have not yet received the dress back from the wrong buyer. I will reach out to Poshmark to try to expedite the return.
