sfallen83 @melodickitty The shirt smelled heavily of perfume, that is why. Idk what was sprayed on it, but it will need to be washed prior to wearing.

melodickitty @sfallen83 there wasn’t anything sprayed on it so my only guess is the tissue paper must have retained some fragrance from where I stored it. Anyway an explanation is usually courteous if you’re giving less than a five star rating
