I was disappointed to see that Canada Post damaged your items, especially since they were in plastic packaging so it must have taken a lot for that to happen. I’m glad they issued an apology
I was hoping you would reconsider your rating, as the rating is regarding buyer transaction, and I have no control over Canada Post. Ratings are meant to reflect buyer/purchaser interaction... not shipper feedback. Hoping you could reconsider

@jenwiertz I did change the rating to a 5. The bedding was wrapped up well, I just don’t understand how the zipper was opened up a bit. It’s not a big deal. Thank you
