It is sad to think this Beautiful necklace was damaged in shipping, I really find it hard to believe that there was issues done to the item in shipment, I sent it in a nice round heavy duty box, I can see if the box was bent however that should not have damaged the Necklace if it arrived to you safely then that was the goal, however things do happen, when it left here it was in like Beautiful condition and in great shape!
