It is sad to think this Beautiful necklace was damaged in shipping, I really find it hard to believe that there was issues done to the item in shipment, I sent it in a nice round heavy duty box, I can see if the box was bent however that should not have damaged the Necklace if it arrived to you safely then that was the goal, however things do happen, when it left here it was in like Beautiful condition and in great shape!

@sisterfaithful sis when i got home yesterday from work i was very excited open line mail and yes the box was beautiful everything was done very nice and that's why I knew I was giving you a 5-star and then I opened it and a necklace fell apart all one of the strings fell off the whole roll of beads this fail that's why I wanted to send you the pictures to show you not trying to disrespect you but to let you see how it was
