rainandroses604 Hey I noticed when checking the tracking on your shoes that it was sent to a business address and as the business is closed, it could not be delivered. It says a second attempt will be made. Just an FYI should you need to get ahold of Canada Post. Thanks! 🖤

rainandroses604 Hi there, are you able to confirm if the Steve Madden shoes were delivered? I have contacted Poshmark and will be following up today. Canada Post is also investigating further into this and I'm expected to hear back in 2 business days. You never replied to my last comment so I'm just following up. Thanks.

rainandroses604 @oceanskye11 Thanks. I just spoke with Canada Post and they said that they will be looking into this further and I'm supposed to hear back in 2 business days. Question? The address you provided, it is not a closed business is it? They said if it is closed due to Covid-19 than alot of parcels are being held until they reopen. But as you know, this could be for several weeks.

oceanskye11 @colleenvancity No it’s not closed, they open every day at 11 am so it should have been okay. I’m wondering If there’s a place I should be going to pick them up? Thank you for looking into it ! I was assuming with everything going on that it was just being caught up.

rainandroses604 @oceanskye11 That's what I told them at Canada Post. It's a restaurant. They are still open for take out and delivery (!😡) so this excuse does not apply. Anyway this should be resolved by the end of the week/early next week. No need for you to contact anyone or pick up anywhere. Hopefully the package is delivered for you soon.
