I love this piece and wish I could buy it at any price but of course that's never the case! If you wouldn't mind counteroffering me with the amount you would be willing to sell it for that would be amazing, even if that price is actually your full list price I'd just love to know what you'd be happy selling it for just in case it doesn't sell soon and I end up having time to save for it!
