cherscot Hi Skyler Just received my bundle order and one of the products was damaged. Must have happened in the shipping. I filled out the poshmark notification with a picture. Just wanted you to be aware. Not sure what the process is or what has to be done. The eye shadow was broken in pieces and got over everything but all the other products were in good condition.

cherscot I was not able to comment or rate my purchase so my comment is here. I purchased a 12 item bundle. 1 item got damaged in shipping. Poshmark wanted me to return the whole bundle and refund my money. I didn't want a refund because all the other products were in great condition. Skyler sent me a different product to replace the damaged item on her dime. She wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer and went above and beyond. A+++ & 5 star seller
