awthentikluxury I received the LV wallet back today. I was quite surprised to see the box wasn’t taped nor was there any padding inside. You put an LV wallet inside the box without anything to protect and didn’t tape the box.... and you’re a seller? Given this, please find elsewhere to buy in the future. I will repost item.

cinnamon9 @awthentikluxury The box was taped when I sent it and the wallet was wrapped. I would NEVER send an item without protective wrapping. But given your assumptions, I will ABSOLUTELY find somewhere else to buy in the future; because I DO NOT APPRECIATE your message. If the box wasn't taped, obviously it had been opened. Hopefully, Poshmark will refund my money for the wallet that you didn't send expeditiously!!

awthentikluxury @cinnamon9 The box was not taped and there was nothing to protect the item, just a wallet flopping around in a box. I’ve never had an item inspected, but would imagine they would have the sense to put packaging back if they did. PM sends refunds automatically unless I open a case, which I don’t plan to do.

cinnamon9 @awthentikluxury The wallet didn't go back to Posh Mark. I wrapped it in the exact same paper you sent it in, actually placed bubble wrap around it, put it back in the box, taped the box and mailed it to you! I am insulted and offended by you suggesting that I would not do that! And I certainly will not trouble myself to come to your closet again. This has been horrible.

awthentikluxury @cinnamon9 Ok, I’ll open a case to show you that’s not how it was received. I understand the wallet was sent directly to me and not PM... I’m not sure why there’s confusion; obviously I have it. PM will issue a refund once they review the case.

My ISSUE is that I know how I sent it back to you, so regardless of how you received it, I am both insulted and offended that your implication is that I didn't properly package the item. Be that as it may-- you do whatever you want to do. I just need to get my refund, so I won't have to deal with you again.

awthentikluxury @cinnamon9 It’s not an implication based on my imagination, but fact, that is how the wallet was received as shown in the photos I provided. Instead of being defensive and sharing how offended you are (feeling is mutual) why not communicate? If that’s not how you sent it someone must have opened the box, removed all the packaging, and forgot to seal the box shit when closing. I’ve never seen that out of the thousands of packages I sent or received.

awthentikluxury @cinnamon9 You’ve been blocked, as I stated, so a future transaction is not an option. It’s like someone saying they quit after being fired. Either way, it looks like mistakes were made on both sides (starting with my error) and we can move forward.

cinnamon9 I've gotten items from PoshMark sellers where boxes and actual items were damaged during the shipping process. I never blamed the seller for that. You decided that I had thrown a wallet in a box and sent it to you. Even after I explained how I packed it, you still questioned my integrity. That's not me being defensive, that's you being offensive. The only mistake I made was attempting a transaction with you. So thank you for the block.
