anonymeowsneko Hello, I am sorry to hear about the boots. I only wore them inside the house to see if I could even walk on them down the stairs which I was unable to. They ended up sitting in my closet with many other boots and sewing materials. :( If you would like tips and making them like brand new I can recommend using a warm water rag to get all the dust and faux fur off.

jinxez87 @anonymeowsneko lol it’s not the dust, the zipper part n that flap that’s with the zipper that keeps it from touching ur leg is all ripped up. The leather is pealing off in many places. But once the zipper is closed u can’t see it. I only noticed 1 scuff mark in the outside that the leather is damaged but it’s not that big.

jinxez87 @anonymeowsneko I took a black marker to it. And seeing the damage to the bottom shows it was walked in for a while. Either one long day in em for they were worn multiple times. I’m not that upset. Most the damage can be hidden. N the bottom doesn’t bother me. It didn’t kinda suck cus post said brand new.

erikamayscloset Hi Tiffany! I am so sorry, but last night when I was packing your order, I was trying to get a piece of lint out of the lace and I made a small hole in the shirt! I can't believe it. I can either cancel the order, or I do have the exact same shirt in white that I could send instead.
