nizzy_b Hello! In regards to the Light Blue UFO pants you ordered - I have been keeping an eye on the tracking and the last update on 12/23 says, “insufficient address.” I don’t have the original label or address that was printed off when I shipped your item and I am not sure how to remedy this situation. I’ve reached out to Poshmark support and I’m waiting for a response. I hope things are resolved soon!

abergo @nizzy_b hey apparently my new apartment doesn’t accept packages besides ups and fedex so I think that is the issue. I think I will cancel the order to avoid this confusion.

nizzy_b @abergo I’m not sure that I can since I’ve already sent it. I need my package back at least. Poshmark said that it would be returned to me but there have been no updates in the tracking to show that it’s headed back to me. The last update was the “insufficient address” update that I mentioned. I just messaged Poshmark support again to see what they say.

nizzy_b @abergo yeah, I just checked to see if I could cancel it on my end and I’m not able to cancel an order after it’s been shipped. I’ll let you know what poshmark says.
