smexyfun @jackie_pena2006 do you mean the package is over 5lbs? So you are upgrading shipping? Ok no I NEVER upgrade shipping because it’s too expensive! It’s the buyers responsibility for shipping fees so if packages are over 5lbs you need to split the order up into 2 bundles, create the bundles and send one at a time, once they have been accepted then cancel the original order. If you need any help doing this feel free to contact me 😊
