Hey Chris. I accidentally used an incorrect label to ship an item and the wrong product got delivered to a wrong person. I’ve reached out to support but haven’t gotten anywhere. I sold two items a pair of shoes and a watch but the show went to the person who bought the watch due to incorrect label being attached. Could you please let me know if anything can be done here ?

@smits60 Hi...I think the best thing to do is have your customer report that they received the wrong item if they are not getting back to you.
