smoothwarehouse @ennisra Hi, I've looked at the tracking number on the USPS website and it says that the address is "insufficient". It also says that the item is on it's way to be returned to sender. Can I ask you to check the address you have saved here on Poshmark. Thank you

ennisra @smoothwarehouse That's the first thing I did was check the address and the address is correct. I don't know what to do except ask for a refund.

smoothwarehouse @ennisra Hi again. So I verified the address on Google just to be clear. I have no problem issuing you a refund as soon as the item is returned to me. And as I mentioned earlier, the USPS website says the Package is being "returned to sender".

smoothwarehouse @ennisra However, I have an idea. See, sometimes the postal workers get lazy and simply don't complete deliveries. Or, simple mistakes are made on their part. So I'm curious if you wouldn't mind waiting until MONDAY to check the tracking number again. It might show up a second time as being out for delivery.

smoothwarehouse @ennisra I've experienced this before. Also, I can check the tracking number on Monday myself. And I can try contacting your local post office as well. I would really hate for you to miss out on this item and me to lose the sale. If the item does in fact end up being on it's way back to me then I will certainly issue a refund once its delivered. Does that all make sense? Thank you

ennisra @smoothwarehouse I guess at this point I would rather go with the refund option bc the pants were for a knee surgery I am having on Tuesdays and Mondays would be calling it to close. So I'd rather use that money and purchase from an in store purchase. Thank you for understanding. Please let me know how to move forward.

smoothwarehouse @ennisra No problem. As I mentioned before, because the item is still marked as "shipped" by Poshmark I cannot issue a refund until it reaches a destination. USPS says its return to sender. So, as soon as its returned to me I will issue a refund. I hope you understand. Thank you
