ajoliver78 Hi! I sent the Heely’s that ended up having a missing insert. I’m so sorry. I was selling for someone else and honestly didn’t know a piece was missing. I will look for it but don’t have much hope that I’ll find it. I won’t accept payment and don’t expect you to return them please just keep them. I’ve never had a customer service issue so I’ll contact the Poshmark team about how you get your money back. I’m just looking to resolve this without having a bad rating. Thank you!

kitty_cici @ajoliver78 I reached out to customer service. They said I had needed to file a request for refund within 3 days. They said the payment was already processed, and that you would be unable to refund me.

kitty_cici @ajoliver78 you don’t need to refund me. Poshmark seems really complicated in that regard. They said they would offer a reimbursement this 1 time, complimentary. So, you’re all good.
