I guess that's what they mean by styling because there isn't actually an option to choose for styling someone that I'm aware of I think it just says that sometimes when people create a bundle for you based on your likes

I think the best way to go about getting a refund is to go to the problem with order tab and follow the prompts and it should give you a list of reasons you want to return the item and of course I will agree with you if & when they ask me for my version of the problem...

I'm also sorry to inform you I did not make an offer on your boots I just simply hit the little heart button which is made to alert someone that you possibly are interested and it also stores the items in a separate list for the person clicking it so that they may keep up with the item and any change in it's price or it's availability status.

901trendz Please don't think I 4got about u. I had dropped the boots off at the shop to get conditioned & waterproofed. I went 2 get them yesterday morning & they were closed because of the virus. I live in a small town. They left a sign with their # for pu. So, I finally got my hands on the boots & dropped them at the post office so they are on their way. Hope u love them. I do apologize for the time but we are on curfew & under a state of emergency/National Disaster plain. Hope you are safe & well🙂
