@annadoreen it still hasn’t happened. You have to do this:
1. Select your profile picture at the top-right of the page.
2. Select My Sales.
3. Select the order.
4. Click Problems/Order Inquiry.
5. Select Cancel Order.
6. Select a reason from the drop-down menu.
7. Select Submit.
