aes1582 I’m sorry that you didn’t find the earrings packaged well. I wrapped the earrings in bubble wrap and when I mailed them the hooks were attached. I think you mean they did not have the rubber backs which is correct. They did not come with them as they are not new and I did not state they they would come with them. I would be happy to take them back if you are not satisfied as a low rating is tough on my business and I did not state the backs were included in the listing.
