pixiedustpj sorry but you can only have 500 characters then Poshmark Cuts you off. it's important to share. I don't know if you're here to buy or just sell. But if you're selling into important to share your items don't be shy, and share other peoples items. Some people are not as nice and you make a huge effort and you share 10 of their items and they don't bother. But everyone's different! I've met a lot of great people here! have fun....

julesdunham Hi there, I wanted to reach out and let you know that due to Covid Poshmark is taking longer with authentication of your YSL bag. I received an email from them that they should complete authentication very soon and mail the bag to you. I shipped it to them the day after you purchased it but they are taking longer than normal. I hope you will see that the bag is worth the wait- it is truly beautiful and I hope you will receive it soon!

julesdunham @supersofia457 of course! I used it very rarely because it was very special to me and rare and I wanted to preserve it in like new condition. I absolutely adore this bag and ever since I saw it on the show Billions I fell in love. I now work from home and it reduced the opportunities for wear even more so I am downsizing my corporate clothes and bags collection….

supersofia457 @julesdunham thank you so much fir your reply! That makes sense. I just was curious in case there were any cons you noticed. I heard that some people thought the bag was on the heavier side. But absolutely it makes sense to want to preserve such a beautiful bag! Thanks again and I hope I get to enjoy it soon myself! 😀😀

julesdunham @supersofia457 indeed it is somewhat a heavier bag as it is lined with suede and is made of very high quality thick leather- I imagine the Birkin is similar to that weight wise- however this hasn’t been a problem for me at all, personally. I hope you enjoy it and happy it is going to someone who will love it as much as I did!

supersofia457 @julesdunham thanks so much! I will definitely take care of it and love it as much as you did. Im so happy to know the bag is coming from a good home! You never know with pre-loved items and this is my very first time purchasing a designer bag pre-loved. I have always admired the sac de jour and absolutely loved it in the python print. I almost bought it new in the croc leather Bc the python is no longer made. But when I saw your ad, I had to jump on it! 😀😀

julesdunham @supersofia457 hi I wanted to let you know Poshmark just wrote to me and stated that the bag will be shipped back to me as python is illegal in CA. I tried explaining this is not python but calfskin embossed with python pattern and it is common info you can find if you google the bag however haven’t heard back. The bag is not made of python skin it’s just embossed with the pattern- and unfortunately I am not able to get a knowledgeable person to properly address this idiotic situation.

julesdunham I am sure you got the refund by now. I apologize for the fact that Poshmark simply doesn’t have knowledgeable staff and they failed to investigate correctly and understand that this is NOT python skin but simply embossment of calfskin leather - this description can be easily found online. I will need to repost it at a knowledgeable selling site once it comes back.
