joypeacebliss @sofiewoh a Poshmark Ambassador is someone who’s been using the platform for a while and has reached a certain number of sales. We don’t work for Poshmark. I try to be a resource for new users with questions because I remember what it was like when I was new. Every seller has their own inventory so I don’t know what condition your items will arrive in. I always make sure items are sell are clean. I also make sure to launder any items I purchase.
