@ratkshaffer Thanks!! He is in his last semester at the Culinary-class from 8am-3:30pm then working at one of the School’s Restaurants-part of their coursework-from 4pm-10pm 5 days a week-like a residency program! And he worked at a restaurant in Manhattan on Saturday and Sunday-he will be working there when he graduates so he is preparing! Crazy Schedule🤯

So easy to catch what the little ones get! My daughter and husband got sick so frequently when their daughters started school. And my daughter worked at their school and she was never sick so much in her life!

@ratkshaffer Hello Dear Terri, after my kidney stone I have not really gotten back on Poshmark! I am saving to go see my daughter and family-my two darling Granddaughters now 4 and 5 1/2!! I will only go for a week but it will be Wonderful! I have missed you🩷🩵 I just have to re-establish my routine! I hope you have been having a Lovely Spring-you have your Grands full time now-correct? The best kind of busy😅 I am dying to buy some jewelry 🤣🤣

@stefanielena we went this weekend to meet up with Ricks sisters. We all drove about 2 hrs and met in the middle at a steak house. Such a good visit! We hadn't seen each other for 15 years when their mom passed. I 😘 my in laws! We have been friends for 50 years. Family for 48. I feel so blessed to have them! Trying to talk Rick into a little get a way after school goes back sinc I have the kids.

I moved away from my family and I have come too realize I regret not living closer to my family! I visit my daughter as much as possible. Mike and I are going to Maine for 2 weeks in Sept-Oct-Oceanside-I LOVE the ocean! It’s great having vacation just the 2 of us❤️🔥

@ratkshaffer oh no!! Could you go to the ocean with one of your children or a girlfriend? I don’t go swimming but I stick my feet in and I can just spend hours next to the water! I am the one that moved far away from my family when I was young, then you establish new roots and they become home☺️🏡 I am very fortunate♥️ thanks 😘

@stefanielena my sister in law is supposed to take me this fall. She is terminal with cancer. We are very close. She says she can't move on knowing I haven't been. I can't think of anyone else I would rather have take me!😘

@stefanielena thank you for sharing my closet sweet friend!I have been behind all week! I had a little set back this week with a TIA. I had no idea I was headed for a stroke. Luckily it was a mini. I have never been so scared! I was at home alone. I called 911 and they sent a rescue squad. Two days in the hospital and many tests! Have to see a neurologist. My poor husband was a mess! I'm so grateful to still be on this great earth! 🙏 I so appreciate your friendship dear lady!

@ratkshaffer Hello Terri! I fell at the store on September 1st and pulled-tore my hamstring!! It is excruciatingly painful😩 I am finally able to walk around, use stairs and do some light housework. It has been quite the journey! In 10 days we are going to Maine for 2 weeks 🙏♥️🏖️ I am hoping it will be rejuvenating! I feel extremely grateful for this vacation. We never expect these crazy accidents and just have too do our best to carry on and remember all our general good fortune in life😇

@stefanielena oh my dear sweet friend that's terrible! Glad to hear you have some time to mend. Do you need surgery or any Dr intervention? I will keep you in my prayers. I haven't had a great summer as well. You keep about the first hospital visit well August brought another. Same symptoms those of a stroke but once over to scaring on the brain. This time Rick drove me to a better hospital. They brought in a neurologist right away.

He seemed to know what he was doing. He right away diagnosed vasospasms in my brain causing stroke symptoms but no scaring. He said it was the same shocks migraine suffering is to those that have them. I have never had migraines but I sure feel their pain now. Medication is quite pricy! I am very grateful it's not strokes! I go back in a couple weeks to discuss further treatment. God speed in your recovery my friend! I will keep you in my prayers!
