Apparently there was no need for bubble wrapping, which leads me to believe that the item was defective from the manufacturer. This was unfortunate and I reiterate that had this been brought to my attention I would have issued a full return no questions asked. I am a Posh Ambassador and customer satisfaction is my number one priority.
