cfgrnbabe @senriquez6. Their response time is ridiculous. I explained in my latest email that you needed to cancel the order to get your money back since the holder of the shoes is missing in action. At this point, it seems the shoes have been stolen. At least you should get your money back. I'll keep you posted.
